Questions owners ask

Do my reps need to install an app?

No. The rep app opens inside Telegram from your agency's bot. Check-in, leads and their own commission are all there.

Can we bring our Excel sheets?

Yes. Units, leads and sales in progress import from .xlsx or CSV. Each row is checked, and nothing saves until you confirm.

Who can see our data?

Only your agency. Each agency is isolated in the database and has its own address. Reps see their own buyers; supervisors see their team.

Does it use the Ethiopian calendar?

Yes. Due dates and reports show the EC date with the Gregorian date beside it, in Amharic or English.

What happens after 30 days?

Pick a plan and pay through Chapa. If you don't, the account pauses. Nothing is deleted.

ሻጮችን በማንኛውም ጊዜ ይጨምሩ፤ እስከ ክፍያ ቀንዎ ድረስ ብቻ ይከፍላሉ።

የለባቸውም። የሻጭ መተግበሪያው ከኤጀንሲዎ ቦት በቴሌግራም ውስጥ ይከፈታል።

የኤክሴል ሰነዶቻችንን ማምጣት እንችላለን?

አዎ። ቤቶች፣ ደንበኞች እና በሂደት ያሉ ሽያጮች ከ.xlsx ወይም CSV ይገባሉ። እስኪያረጋግጡ ምንም አይቀመጥም።

መረጃችንን ማን ያያል?

የእርስዎ ኤጀንሲ ብቻ። እያንዳንዱ ኤጀንሲ በዳታቤዝ ውስጥ ተለይቶ የራሱ አድራሻ አለው።

የኢትዮጵያ ዘመን አቆጣጠር ይጠቀማል?

አዎ። ቀኖች በኢ.ዘ. ይታያሉ፣ የግ.ዘ. ቀኑ ከጎኑ፣ በአማርኛ ወይም በእንግሊዝኛ።

ከ30 ቀን በኋላስ?

እቅድ መርጠው በቻፓ ይክፈሉ። ካልከፈሉ መለያው ይቆማል። ምንም አይሰረዝም።
